
RESPECTFULLY RELATIONSHIPS CAMPAIGN
MORE Advertising partnered with me to visually translate their RESPECTfully campaign into a compelling, easy-to-digest digital experience. The goal was to create an engaging educational resource for teens that helps them navigate the often difficult process of ending both romantic and platonic relationships in a healthy, respectful way.
I illustrated all the characters and animated two :90 videos and two :30 videos to be used on their website and social media.

THE CHALLENGE
Talking to teens about relationships—especially how to end them—can be tricky. The content needed to be clear, age-appropriate, and emotionally intelligent, while still feeling modern, vibrant, and attention-grabbing. The final product had to walk the line between education and entertainment, without ever feeling preachy or overly clinical.

The process
I collaborated closely with the team at MORE to storyboard the key concepts and tone of each section. From there, I designed a series of stylized characters based on 6 kids from a local youth group. The illustrations were kept clean and expressive, allowing for easy readability and emotional resonance.
In motion, I used smooth, thoughtful transitions and carefully timed pacing to mirror the emotional beats of the script, pausing where reflection was needed, and moving swiftly through moments of clarity or resolution.
ILLUSTRATIONS
I pulled inspiration from anime—particularly its expressive character design and ability to convey emotion through subtle visual cues. The result was a clean, stylized look that balanced emotional depth with approachability.
